Delete your Hyyver account
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.

You do not need to reinstall Hyyver or sign in to make a request.
- Email us from the address used for your Hyyver account.
- Use the subject Hyyver account deletion request.
- Tell us you want to delete your account. We’ll verify ownership before acting and confirm when it is closed.

Never send your password. Identity documents are not requested by default.
Prefer to use the app?
Open your Profile, select Delete account in Account actions, and confirm. Removing the app from your phone alone does not delete your account.
When will it be processed?
Our processing target is 30 calendar days from receipt. If we need more information to verify ownership or cannot complete the request, we’ll explain what is needed. Any shorter applicable legal deadline takes precedence.
What happens next
Account closure and
data cleanup.
Deletion is irreversible. Your account loses access to Hyyver and its active interactions end. Ordinary account data, including profile information and photos, becomes eligible for cleanup 90 days after account deletion; earlier interaction and photo schedules still apply. Cleanup runs in scheduled batches after eligibility. Completion can take longer if processing fails or required evidence preservation is pending.
Necessary safety case evidence may remain until review is complete, and becomes eligible for cleanup 90 days after case closure. Specific legal obligations or authorized legal holds may require longer retention. Provider backups use a separate lifecycle. Copies independently saved by other people cannot be recalled.
